Yep..

So we are back from a nice little vacation and now entering the most relaxed work week known to man.  I hope everyone had a nice holiday (regardless of faith) and you enjoyed the first ever holiday LeSong written by some awe-struck Akronites.  I can only imagine how awesome an experience that was...first the guy who ran the gym when we were young and then the King.  I mean thats a freakin duo right there.

On top of that amazing run-in comes a very fancy 6 game winning streak by our Cavs.  We are spreading the points around, shooting the ball well and even *starting* to play some defense.  I mean check out this boxscore from last night:

That's the first time all year our starting 5 scored in double figures.  All we need now is Wise LeBron to throw in a Quadruple-Double and the trophy is ours.  But seriously, we are playing well and have the second best record in the East right now.  I am pretty excited with how we ended this month after a rocky start.

For those of you looking for an easier way to access LeBlog given the url is so long or if you want to spread the word of LeBlog nation..look no further.   Since we became #1 on Google's search results for "leblog", it's become quite easier to access the site.  For those of you who use Firefox all you have to do is literally type in "leblog" into the url box and this blog will come up.   No http://, no www, just type in "leblog".   For those of you who don't use firefox, well first off you should try it out, but you can just go to google.com, type in "leblog" then hit "I'm Feeling Lucky" and bam..here comes the blog.  Pretty money.  For a while we were battling some lame french blogs and businesses, but like LeBron, LeBlog is now #1.

In Tribe news, we lost Jody Gerut and Kevin Milwood yesterday, but picked up RHP Jason Johnson.  That rounds out our starting 5 of CC, Lee, Westbrook, Byrd, and now Johnson.  Not bad...now we just have to keep hold of our bats and this team should have a good shot in the AL.  Also, check out this really cool article from the NYPost which compares the bats of the '99 Indian's vs. the '06 Yankees.  (remember use BugMetNot for a login)  Why are they comparing this Indians lineup and not 1995?  Well, since 1950, one team topped 1,000 runs scored in a single season...sup now '99 Tribe.   Def check this out and just looking at this lineup brings chills.

That's it for now..

Other Tribe notes: Don't sleep on our young SPs.  The Johnson move lets us bring the 5 we have now to camp, and use the young guns for relief late in the season/fill in when starters get hurt.  I like it Tribe, I like it.  Solid move by Mark Shapiro on a limited budget in a tight market.
