Day 8

Ahh...day 8 and we are back on to the Akron clues.  Today's clue reads:  When you want to play ball, but don't have a hoop, you got to use anything you have. When he was young, LeBron's love for the game was bigger than (*a galley boy*) the obstacles before him.  So due to no hoop available, LeBron used one of these instead.

Hmm..a substitute for a hoop.  What did James Naismith use?   Well, I believe a peach basket, but wait they probably didn't buy peaches in urban Akron.  So what about a milk crate...that's it.  So head to the fridge once again and open that puppy up.  You will see the good old milk bottles and click away.  Once you get the memento you learn that Bron Bron used to play with a bottomless milk crate hung on a telephone pole with a few nails.  Damn..

Day 8:  ooo..right

So for the second straight season, Mr. Carlos "I lie to blind men" Boozer will not be in the house for Utah's game in Cleveland.  What a shame.  The arrogant Blue Devil spurns the city and team that gave him a chance, only to spend the majority of his time in Mormon city hurt.  Not only that, with such a large contract and mild production, he's turned his new hometown fans against him as well.  And to top it all off, there's now rumors circulating that Mrs. Boozer wants her hubby out of Salt Lake City, and traded to the Lakers.  I guess the Boozers just purchased a beatiful new home in So Cal.  If you ask me, it's more drama than the O.C., and we're much better off for not being part of it any more.  Go CAVS!! Beat the JAZZ!!  And if any of you LeBlog Legions are going to the game tonight, can you pick me up a Mr. Potato Head?
