It hurts..

..being this smooth.  while I wasn't able to watch or lelive blog the game last night, I heard it was a huge win and big confidence booster for our expensive pickup in L Hughes.  And by the way, I don't believe I will be live bloggin any games, anytime soon..stressful stuff.  Anyways..if someone went to the game or wants to write a review please let me know.  I am hoping for a big win on Sunday as we need to defeat the Wiz in prep for our potential playoff matchup.  And we also need to see the chosen one out of the yellow vest and into the wine and gold. Go Cavs.

listen donyell - if you don't got 2 karat earings, a yellow vest, and a pad in Akron..you ain't nothin..

From Bill Simmons (who, for the most part, I can't stand):

On LeBron's MVP chance:

The intriguing subplot: LeBron is figuring out how to take over down the stretch, personified by what happened on Saturday in New Jersey (17 in the final quarter). At least once a game, he does something so explosive, so athletic, so incredible, you can't even believe it happened. The last time I remember feeling this way about a professional athlete was Bo Jackson, who wasn't just great ... he stood out. I attended a spring training game once when Bo scored from third base on a 180-foot pop fly -- standing up. It was awesome to watch.

Well, LeBron reminds me of Bo. On those plays when he says, "Screw it, I'm scoring" and heads toward the basket like a runaway freight train. He's like a young Barkley crossed with a young Shawn Kemp crossed with young Magic, but with a little Bo thrown in. Out of anyone in the league, he's the only player who can cripple the other team with one monster play.

Go CAVALIERS!!  The playoffs are almost upon us. . .

Great article!

As for the Cavaliers, yesturdays game was filled with ups and downs. 16-16 after the first quarter, and the debate had begun what the lowest scoring Cavaliers game ever. The answer was presented to me as mid 50's (I believe 56) when Fratello was coach. Anyways, Hughes started very soft in the scoring sense, but had 5 rebounds and assist in the first quarter.

Donyell was on early. The rest of the game was ugly until the forth. These guys showed heart and the ability to work through the mess without LeBron. Larry definatly picked it up, and Z as always played solid. LeBron was on the bench loving it and jumping and cheering (ankle looked fine).

This team should be fun to watch in teh playoffs when Flip, Larry, LeBron, Anderson, and Z are all on the court at the same time.

** I do suggest to anyone who lives in the cleveland area or LeAkron, get tickets to Fan App night, there are over 500,000 worth of prizes and that place is going to be going nutz. Especially when that will be our 50th win of the season.

GOOO CAVALIERS!

Thanks for the update, sugknight.  Get faithful Leblog readers who do not live in Akron some goodies!

Ill see what I can do. They pretty much search me inside and out on Fan App. night, but as always in LeBron fashion, I will do whatever I can! I got a great trivia question, that is just dying for a prize to be associated with it.
